San Diego SantaCon/SantaCon San Diego (“SantaCon”) is organizing a charity event on December 18, 2010 (“the Event) with all proceeds donated to Childrens Hospital. Santa/Con does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the Event. In consideration for your participation in the Event all individuals hereby release and forever discharge Santa/Con and its officers, board, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Event including, but not limited to all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. You further agree to indemnify the SantaCon from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in the Event.
